Thank you for your interest in GloLux Inner Glow – Founder’s Edition.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your pre-order.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is officially released or available for shipping. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance and agreeing to wait for the estimated shipping window.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This secures your order in our limited first batch production.

Shipping Timeline

Our pre-order items are expected to begin shipping within 4–6 weeks from your order date. You will receive email updates as soon as your order is packed and shipped.

Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of limited pre-orders, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
